Thats definitely a different question! In every relationship there are things that a woman should manage and things that a man should manage. I don't think either is at fault if they are both managing their ends. Now if one fails to manage what they are supposed to then it will fall on them, either the male or female.
Women seem to control the relationship regardless of how strong the man is. Most men are who they are before they get into thier relationships and dont change often if at all. Lack of communication is most mens downfall because its not taught so they have to gain the skill through experiences. Women on the other hand make adjustments to the relationship if its worth it to them.However a women has the gift of making adjustments because women are ALWAYS going through changes. So Management wise although it can be argued that its both it really is women that should be at fault.
